In Djambali, the whole water is rerouted by Sir Lion to supply his luxurious swimming-pool. A courageous giraffe has enough of this situation but her decision will have heavy consequences on her life: she’s deported from her own country. And it’s not easy to rebuild a life in Mirzapolis, a northern city exclusively populated with dogs.

Pascale Hecquet
Born in 1978, Pascale Hecquet studied at the Art school of Tournai (Belgium). Illustrator, graphist, designer and webdesigner, she also worked as an animator on the Belgian TV program for children Papillon Mamillon. Une girafe sous la pluie is her first professional film.
